During the close season the club has worked tirelessly to increase its sponsorship funding. Stafford R.U.F.C. would like to thank all sponsors for their support for the 2006/7 season.

Global Intelligence Solutions Ltd., G.I.G.S. LTD

Chris Johnson Director of the company is now in his third year of sponsorship.

Global Intelligence which has its main offices in London and Bristol have recently opened new premises on the Staffordshire Business and Technology Park, on Beaconside.

The Group has a wide and varied security portfolio including corporate security audits, personal protection, forensic analysis, town centre and residential areas security and the copyright interests of musicians etc.

Chris says, "We are delighted to continue our support for the Stafford Rugby Club and hope to continue our convivial and social friendships with its members."

Alstom

Ken Bailey former First XV captain, coach, and club Chairman has played a significant role indeveloping this support for the club. Alstom for many years have been a major employer within the town.Ken Bailey says, "All of my time at Stafford was enjoyable and I am particularly pleased that Alstom are able to assist. We encourage partnerships with local clubs and look forward to our time with the rugby club."

The Swan Hotel

Chris Lewis from the Swan Hotel and part of the Lewis Partnership, which includes the Moathouse at Acton Trusell, and The Bear Inn, continues his support for a second season.

Chris whose son is a member of the vibrant Junior section, will be providing individual kit bags for First XV squad members and supporting the club's annual Summer Ball. He says, "I enjoy the club atmosphere and willingly support them in their provision of facilities to the community."

The Litten Tree

Chris Peck Manager of the Litten Tree one of Stafford's most vibrant and well supported venues provides support for the first time. His provision of pre match polo shirts and 'after match' dress shirts will give the players a feeling of corporacy. Chris says " I look forward to working with the club. We enjoy the company of their players and look forward to seeing them in the 'Tree'.
