If you are thinking about coming down for the first time, you will need boots, shorts and a shirt and a change of clothing for afterwards. The new season starts on September 7th. A qualified coach will be on hand to introduce you to the game. Our overall aim is to teach players the basic ball handling and playing skills in a team enviroment and to enable players to enjoy Rugby Union to the 'full'.

The over-riding objective is for all players to play and develop safely whilst enjoying themselves.. wanting to "Come back next week". As players progress, the playing skills and competition become more important and it is hoped the players will want to continue to play for Stafford at the senior level.

When your child decides to continStafford U14 Girls Represent Countyue playing rugby he or she will need to register. As parents and guardians, I would ask for your assistance in looking after the club during the times that you are here with your children. One simple way in which we can achieve this is by ensuring all players have a change of clothing and footwear. We have good changing facilities. Everyone can change after training and games prior to using the clubhouse. Please help us all to look after your club and be proud of what Stafford RUFC has to offer our visitors.

You are more than welcome to come down on a Sunday morning to see and get a feel as to what takes place and to talk to the coaches and other parents. Please visit the Clubhouse and ask to speak to one of the coaches. Please bear in mind that if you wish to see your specific age group then check to see if they have an away game on the Sunday that you intend to come down.
